Ian began his career in Real Estate in 1978 after 3 years as a contractor. After achieving the TOP PRODUCER Award at RUDD REALTY in Santa Clara in 1980, he began to formulate his plan for his own Brokerage and in 1982 he opened THE MARKETING PLACE, which focuses on Los Gatos & Saratoga homes and New Homes. He has increased his productivity each year, earning the praise and confidence of his clients, both old and new.
